Delicious and Easy Oatmeal Recipe for those cold winter mornings.
1/2 cup steel-cut oatmeal
1 cup almond milk (plant-based milk of your choosing)
1/2 cup ripe blueberries or more if you desire
pinch of sea salt
Medium heat for a few minutes. Take it off the heat and let it soak up all that blueberry goodness.
I topped mine with some Bob’s Red Mill Granola (maple), chia seeds, and honey(you can do agave too)
Delicioso!!! Quickest healthy morning option!
