The New Healthy Sandwich

Join me on my journey to add more healthy fruits and vegetables into my body. I tried a new sandwich with some easy ingredients to substitute the boring old turkey and cheese sandwich.

Ingredients:

Two Slices of rye bread

Sliced tomato

Red pepper hummus

Sliced avocado (or mashed)

Mircrogreens (bean sprouts would work)

Bell pepper (any color)

Sriracha sauce

**Layer all of the ingredients and enjoy!
